Overview In this role you will support cross-border corporate and M&A; work, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and transaction documents. You will be a core member of a collaborative, flexible team that serves founders, family offices and corporate clients. You'll contribute to due diligence and the delivery of multi-national transactions, shaping deals from inception to closing. This position offers meaningful exposure to niche, high-impact work within a mission-driven firm.
