What you will do * Budget, forecast, and monthly/quarterly performance reporting in close coordination with the industrial as well as commercial controlling teams * Monthly accrual processing * Top line analysis by cluster, brand,



product line * Analysis of divisional cost * Portfolio analysis to maximize profit * Product mix, Margin and profitability analysis * New product business cases and development * Transparency and timely communication with HQ What you need to succeed Must have * Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify key business drivers Education: University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Management Engineering. Professional experience: 2-3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A;, or a Finance function, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes. Language: Fluent in Italian & English required; any additional foreign language would be considered a plus.
