About the Job

As an Account Manager based in Florence, Italy, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant partners across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption through retention and renewal. You will build trusted relationships with restaurant operators, helping them use OpenTable’s technology to improve reservation flow, guest experiences, and business performance. This field-based,



remote role combines home working with regular travel across your territory and close collaboration with teams across OpenTable. Your work will directly support restaurant growth while helping OpenTable strengthen its position as a trusted technology partner to the hospitality industry.

As we do not have an office in Italy, the role is remote, with regular visits to restaurants.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners across onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and account growth.

• Build trusted relationships with restaurant operators through regular meetings, business reviews, training, and face-to-face visits across the territory.

• Help customers configure OpenTable to optimize reservation flow, implement reservation links on their websites, and complete accurate installation handovers for Technical Support.
