Your Role And Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Product Materials Compliance Specialist with proven experience in global product compliance regulations, including RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, TSCA, SCIP, PFAS, and other emerging regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in materials compliance processes and regulations with the ability to navigate a complex global organization, effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive and implement innovative compliance solutions are essential for success in this role.

You will be mainly accountable for:
• Analyzing and interpreting global product materials compliance regulations.
• Reviewing SDS, FMD, supplier declarations, material declarations and compliance certificates.
• Performing substance-level compliance assessments.
• Coordinating with local P&L; colleagues collection of product materials compliance information.
• Identifying regulatory changes and evaluating their impact on products.
• Supporting customer product materials compliance requests and audits.
• Maintaining product materials compliance data and regulatory records.
• Working with cross-functional teams to improve product materials compliance processes.
Qualifications For The Role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
