About the role:
The Finance and Procurement IT Business Partner acts as the bridge between IT, Finance and Procurement departments. Working within Muviq’s global Application team – which manages three ERP platforms (SAP, CMS, AGES) across entities in Europe, the Americas and Asia – he/she works side-by-side with Finance and Procurement teams to understand business processes, translate them into IT requirements and drive digitalization and process-efficiency initiatives, while supporting business users in their day-by-day activities on ERP and reporting systems
Responsibilities:
Main activities of the resource will be:
• 1st level helpdesk support on ERP and reporting applications for Finance and Procurement areas: handling user requests,
ticket lifecycle management, creation of promotion requests
• Business partnering with Finance and Procurement teams: process analysis, identification of digitalization and efficiency opportunities, translation of business needs into IT and functional requirements
• Follow-up on enhancement and digitalization projects on Finance and Procurement systems, from requirements definition to rollout, including documentation and training for business users
• Day-by-day collaboration with Local IT Coordinators, acting as the global counterpart for Finance and Procurement application topics
• IT support to recurring Finance activities: month-end and year-end closings, budgeting, forecasting, reporting cycles, test cycles and UAT during system releases
• Progressive involvement in cross-ERP and digital innovation initiatives, including AI and automation use cases in Finance and Procurement processes
