The selected candidate will join the HQ Motorsport R&D; Team and will have the opportunity to operate in a dynamic, high-performing,



and fast-growing international environment within the Global Business Unit Motorsport. From day one, the role will play a key part in providing technical support for tyre development aimed at supplying major global car manufacturers in the Motorsport segment.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
*Developing finite element models using Abaqus to simulate static and dynamic properties of tyres in a Motorsport environment;
*Using the principles of tyre mechanics for tyre design purposes;
*Analyzing indoor and outdoor test results;
*Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the company to effectively collect and share information.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
*Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields;
*1-3 years of professional experience in Product Development and/or FEA/FEM methodologies;
*Fluency in English and Italian;
*Good knowledge of software required for the definition of a FEM model (experience with Abaqus or similar software such as An
