The Global Account Manager will lead strategic relationships with a select portfolio of multinational customers, driving sustainable growth across multiple European markets and broader international regions. This senior commercial role focuses on developing joint business plans, strengthening executive partnerships, and expanding revenue, profitability, and share of wallet. Acting as a trusted advisor, the successful candidate will connect customers, technology partners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions aligned with global business priorities. The role requires strong commercial judgment, executive-level negotiation skills, and the ability to turn international strategies into effective local execution. Working across cultures and geographies, the Global Account Manager will identify new opportunities, improve customer engagement, and ensure consistent service delivery.

Accountabilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately three strategic multinational accounts, including large organizations with substantial business operations across four to five or more European countries and a wider global presence.

Create and execute joint strategic business plans that align customer objectives with commercial priorities across local, regional, and international markets.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and executive sponsors, positioning the organization as a strategic business partner.
