As a Talent & Development Analyst, you will contribute to the design, delivery and monitoring of learning solutions across the organisation, supporting employee development, regulatory compliance, capability building and business performance. The role sits within Human Resources,



which supports the Bank's strategy by attracting, developing and retaining talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities
• Analyze learning and development needs and translate them into effective training solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Manage mandatory, regulatory and professional training programmes, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate funded training initiatives, including planning, administration, reporting, audit readiness and compliance with funding requirements.
• Monitor participation, completion rates and learning effectiveness, producing reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver high-quality learning experiences and continuous improvement initiatives.
