Role Overview
As part of our BSc programmes, we are seeking a Teaching Assistant for Management Principles to support the module leader in introducing first-year students to the principles and practice of management. The module is a foundation for many of the modules that follow and is shared across several programmes, including Business Creation and Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Global Commerce,



Management and Data Science, Digital Economics and Finance, International Business Studies, and AI & Sports Management. It covers management processes and relationships, leadership and decision making, teamwork and negotiation, organisational behaviour and culture, human resource management, and business structures and typologies.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support and assistance to students and faculty, helping first-year students connect core management theories with real-world examples and building their confidence in a supportive, developmental and well-scaffolded learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the module leader in the delivery of lectures, seminars, group discussions and case study activities (36 teaching hours in presence at the H-Farm Campus)
