As a Clinical Site Payment Associate Manager, you will play a key role in managing clinical trial site payments, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely compensation for research sites and investigators. You will oversee payment processes from data review and invoice validation to reconciliation, accruals, and forecasting, helping maintain financial transparency across clinical studies. Working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in an international environment, you will support the smooth execution of clinical research activities. You will use financial systems and clinical trial platforms to analyze payment data, resolve discrepancies, and improve reporting processes. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to operational innovation by identifying ways to leverage artificial intelligence and automation in clinical payments.

Accountabilities:

• Manage clinical site payments: Process investigator and clinical site payments in accordance with internal procedures, applicable regulations, contractual obligations, and country-specific requirements.

• Review and validate financial data: Collect, consolidate, and analyze information from multiple sources, including clinical study budgets, Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), to ensure accurate payment calculations.

• Oversee invoice management: Review clinical site invoices when required, investigate discrepancies, resolve
