Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

As an Intern Trade Activation,



you will support the Channel Activation team in translating commercial and brand strategies into customer-specific activation plans across key retail channels. This is a highly analytical and cross-functional role that sits between Sales and Trade Marketing. You will work closely with Key Account Managers, National Account Managers, Trade Marketing teams, Finance and Supply functions to monitor business performance, analyze market trends and support the execution of category and channel initiatives. You will gain exposure to leading FMCG brands and major retail customers, contributing to projects focused on assortment, promotion, pricing, category development and sales performance.

Your responsibilities

• Support the execution and tracking of the 4P strategy (Presence, Promotion, Price and Positioning), including promotional activities, leaflet visibility and competitive analysis.
