We are now looking for a Global Operations Data & Analytics to join our team in Milano, Italy
The Global Operations Data & Analytics Specialist is the central data integration point that links regional teams to a unified global reporting architecture. This role enables executive decision-making by consolidating operational performance data across 30+ manufacturing plants and 5 regions into actionable intelligence.
Reporting to the VP, Global Operations Strategic Planning & Governance,
this individual serves as the primary business analyst for the Global Operations team owning the data backbone that powers the Global Operations governance reporting. The role is critical to Vertiv's and the broader digitalization roadmap including AI tools deployment.
Key Responsibilities
• Global Operations Scorecard & KPI Governance
• Own the data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the Global Operations Scorecard across all metric categories:
• Safety: TRR, Corrective Action Closure, Monthly Training
• Quality: Customer Claims, First Pass Yield (FPY)
• Delivery: OTIF-R, PDSL, RDSL
• Inventory: DIO, Cycle Count Accuracy
• Cost: Hourly Rate, Productivity, Efficiency
• Supplier: Supplier PDSL, Supplier RDSL
• Sustainability: Energy Use, Water Use, Tons of Waste
• People: Salary Turnover, Time to Fill, OOE
• Ensure KPIs are calculated per standardized global formulas, reported monthly (or quarterly where specified), and shared with the business in a regular, timely fashion
