Overview

Lutron are looking for a commercially driven sales professional to drive growth across luxury residential solutions, strategic products, and specification-led opportunities in the high-end market.

Based in Italy, the successful candidate will work closely with customers, channel partners, architects, designers, and specifiers to achieve ambitious commercial objectives while influencing project teams and stakeholder networks without direct management responsibility.

As a senior individual contributor, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, developing and executing strategic account plans, expanding adoption of Lutron’s lighting, shading, and control solutions, and identifying new opportunities to accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual sales revenue targets and drive strategic product adoption across controls, lighting, and shading solutions.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key residential channel partners, specifiers, and strategic accounts.




• Develop and execute strategic account growth plans focused on long-term business expansion, market penetration, and customer retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing consultative guidance on business development, product strategy, and market opportunities.
• Lead regular business reviews, sales meetings, and strategic planning sessions with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Increase adoption of Lutron solutions by educating customers, partners, and project influencers on product capabilities and value.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the residential and luxury market segments to expand market share.
• Collaborate with internal business units to support pilot programmes, gather market intelligence, and provide actionable customer feedback.
• Contribute to the development of new go-to-market initiatives that strengthen brand positioning and enhance Lutron’s presence in the marketplace.
