As International Client & Business Analyst, you will collaborate with the Commercial Team to support front and middle office activities,



including:
• Support client relationship management at multiple levels with the aim of delivering best-in-class experience.
• Coordinate renewals, quotations and client requests with Clients, Network Partners, brokers and internal stakeholders even conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Support the delivery of multinational program reports, according to agreed deadlines and quality service standards
• Support the delivery of international tenders and new business quotations.
• Support the preparation of client meetings, business reviews and strategic discussions.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, Network Partners and brokers, fostering effective communication, collaboration and timely resolution of requests.
• Manage commercial presentations, business reviews and data-driven insights.
