The Role

As Reception Manager, you will work closely with the Front of House Manager to lead the Reception team,



oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities

● Work closely with the Front of House Manager to define departmental targets, strategy and KPIs
● Manage the Reception team and coordinate daily operations, including rota and holiday planning
● Be an active leader within the Front of House team, attending meetings and supporting decision-making when required
● Assist the Front of House Manager in identifying critical areas and recommending actions to improve departmental efficiency
● Support recruitment and team management activities, including training, coaching and professional development
● Ensure effective communication across the department, keeping the team informed and aligned
● Maintain close contact with guests, proactively gathering feedback and managing complaints and compliments
● Handle, record and resolve guest complaints with diplomacy and dis
