The Role
As Financial Controller, you will be the main point of reference for all financial activities at our Pisa plant and a key support to the Division Controller at global level. You will combine hands-on plant controlling with a strong business-partnering role, working closely with Operations, R&D;, Sales and senior finance leadership in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the finance business partner for the Pisa plant, providing insights that support operational and strategic decisions
• Perform sales analysis and monthly Opex review




• Analyze production costs and variances against budget and forecast
• Analyze R&D; costs and prepare the monthly R&D; forecast
• Support the Division Controller in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Manage the monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet closing and prepare internal reporting
• Monitor CAPEX, mainly intangible assets
• Monitor accounts receivable
• Run data analysis for performance reviews and track economic and financial KPIs
• Act as first point of contact for internal and external auditors
• Ensure compliance with company standards for quality, health, safety and environment

Your Profile
• Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in a controlling or finance role, or in a Big 4 audit firm
• Good knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and IFRS
• Fluent Italian and fluent English (written and spoken): you will report to and work with international colleagues and stakeholders
