As the organisation continues to grow, we are looking for adata-driven, hands?on Head of Marketingto lead its next stage of international growth.
This is an opportunity to combinestrategy, people leadership, analytics and hands?on execution, with real ownership of the marketing function in a fully remote and international environment.
The Role
AsHead of Marketing, you will bring together CRM, social, influencer marketing and admissions activities under one clear growth strategy.
You will own marketing priorities, KPIs,



measurement and team leadership while remaining close to the data and day?to?day performance of the function.
You should be equally comfortable setting strategic direction andworking directly in HubSpot, analysing funnel performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
This is not about doing the work of every marketing specialist.
It is about connecting the dots, creating focus and building the systems and processes that enable a small team to perform at its best.
The opportunity could suit either an established Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing or someone ready to take on theirfirst Head of Marketing positionafter developing strong CRM, performance or analytical marketing expertise alongside people?management experience.
