Position Enable Global HR and Finance to plan the workforce and make informed people decisions by providing accurate, timely and actionable data on personnel costs, headcount and organizational structure.
The role supports consistent budgeting, forecasting,



reporting and analytics across the CAREL Group.
The HR Controlling Specialist reports to the Group HR Controlling and C provide timely analyses and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to workforce planning, headcount governance and organizational analysis activities.
Support the continuous improvement and digitalization of HR controlling processes, reporting tools and analytics solutions.
Participate in global HR projects related to HRIS, reporting, controlling and people analytics.
Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR Controlling, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, Compensation experience in Controlling or Financial Planning familiarity with Oracle HCM, Oracle PBCS, Smart View and business-intelligence tools is an advantage.
