We need a leader who is passionate about coaching, driven by data, and eager to scale our outbound operations in Italy while fostering a culture of excellence within the team. /ph3Your role in BizAway /h3ulliLead and Mentor: Manage a team of Italian-speaking SDRs, providing daily guidance and conducting weekly 1:1s and coaching sessions.
