The Lake Como EDITION is seeking a kitchen professional to prepare meals, regulate oven temperatures, thaw and portion foods, and maintain quality and presentation in a luxury lakefront setting.
You will log food, communicate needs during peak periods, coordinate with the Chef on surplus items for daily specials, and keep menus aligned with brand standards while supporting a collaborative Food & Beverage team.
