The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Managing the check-in and check-out procdures
Handling reservations and correspondence with guests
Assisting and supporting guests throughout their stay
Coordinating with other departments

Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of ASA management software is considered an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with guests Strong team spirit and ability to work effectively as a part of the team
