ERM is seeking a commercially oriented EMEA Rewards Director to join our EMEA HR Team in Italy. The role leads the total rewards function to mature ERM's reward philosophy across approximately 20 countries and to attract, retain and motivate talent.
The ideal candidate will have senior rewards leadership experience across EMEA, strong analytics, and knowledge of Workday. Experience with pay benchmarking, job architecture, and EU pay transparency is a plus.
