Overview for our information technology department we are looking for a product management system specialist to join the product management systems team at our hq in milan.impact the plm specialist will contribute to the optimisation, maintenance and evolution of the centric plm platform, ensuring process consistency and operational continuity across the company's it ecosystem. the resource will support engineering, design, manufacturing and product lifecycle management processes, with a focus on plm, cad and cam environments.responsibilitiesgather and analyse functional and technical requirements related to product development and data management processes, defining and improving plm processes.analyse current business processes (as-is) and contribute to the design and implementation of future state solutions (to-be).manage change requests and support solution design through business blueprints, data models and system integration specifications.configure and customise the centric plm platform according to business requirements.collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including software vendors,



to define and implement business needs.coordinate development activities performed by internal teams and external providers.provide day-to-day support to product development and design teams.work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data flows between plm, erp and other enterprise applications.support test case definition, testing activities, user acceptance testing (uat) and software release processes.qualificationsdegree in computer science, management engineering, information technology or a related field.at least 5 years of experience with centric plm or other plm solutions, preferably within fashion, luxury retail or specialised consulting environments.strong understanding of the fashion product lifecycle from concept and design to prototyping, collection development and industrial production.knowledge of integration architectures including apis, middleware and edi solutions.good knowledge of sql, oracle database, pl/sql, sql server, javascript, xml and css.experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.compensation and benefits compensation package range from 40 000 to 50 000 € gross, with competitive corporate welfare services.
