Tour Operator based in Rome searching for a customer service and tour meeting point coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet guests at meeting point before guided tours
- Checkin of guests at meeting point
- Coordination with tour guides and tour management for meeting point ops
- Finding solutions on the go
- Communication with customers
Qualifications
- Speak English AND Spanish fluently
- Be outgoing, well put together, presentable
- Reliable, able to work holidays and weekends
- Have documents to work in Italy
Training is provided, but candidates with previous experience with other tour operators preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €800.00 - €1,200.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in 00184 Roma
