Senior individual-contributor role managing complex credit and collections relationships for a defined Italian territory. Combines local market expertise with autonomous decision-making authority over credit limits, payment plans, and order releases while supporting sales and safeguarding company assets.
Responsibilities
Serve as senior local credit point of contact for Sales and country leadership, advising on risk strategy
Approve or decline order releases and credit limits for critical accounts within delegated authority
Own and manage portfolio of strategic customers, leading negotiations directly with senior stakeholders
Identify emerging risks and drive corrective action; mentor local team on collections best practices
Lead resolution of complex disputes and represent I2C in front of senior internal and customer executives
Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience
10+ years in Credit and Collections, including negotiation with complex strategic accounts
Demonstrated independent judgment on credit decisions and payment plan structuring
Fluent spoken and written Italian; advanced English
Advanced MS Office Suite and collections systems experience (Oracle, credit management tools)
Proven senior-level face-to-face customer and stakeholder interaction experience
Medtech industry collections and credit management background
Compensation:
€41,300 - €68,800 EUR annual
