You will work closely with the RSPP on risk assessment and compliance activities, while also contributing to environmental permitting, waste management and training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in workplace safety and environmental protection. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p pbHealth Safety /b /p ul liSupport the RSPP in workplace risk assessments and in the periodic review of risk documentation /li liAssist in ensuring compliance with company EHS standards and applicable legislation /li liContribute to the planning, delivery and tracking of EHS training activities /li liSupport incident and near-miss follow-up and the monitoring of corrective actions /li /ul pbEnvironment Compliance /b /p ul liManage waste handling and related documentation, ensuring compliant classification, storage, registers and disposal /li liSupport the management of environmental permits and authorizations (AUA, waste-related permits) /li liAssist with Emissions Trading (ETS) monitoring, reporting and compliance activities /li liSupport compliance with SEVESO requirements, ADR (transport of dangerous goods)



and PPWR (packaging and packaging waste regulation) /li liSupport the assessment and management of by-products /li liContribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISO 14001 environmental management system /li /ul pbAudits Continuous Improvement /b /p ul liPlan, conduct and follow up on internal audits /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ul liDegree or diploma in a technical or scientific field (e.g. Environmental, Chemical or Safety Engineering, Environmental Sciences) or equivalent experience /li libASPP qualification is preferred /b /li liKnowledge of Italian and EU EHS legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08, D.Lgs. 152/06) /li liFamiliarity with ISO 14001 /li liGood command of the Microsoft Office suite /li liGood written and spoken English /li liNative Italian speaker or excellent command of the Italian language /li liPlant activities experience is a plus /li /ul pbKey Skills /b /p ul liStrong attention to detail and organizational skills /li liAbility to manage multiple regulatory deadlines and documentation /li liClear communication and a collaborative approach with operators, supervisors and management /li liProactive attitude and a real interest in safety culture and environmental sustainability /li /ul h3Vylor is an equal opportunity employer.
