We are looking to expand our team in our Voula office in Athens, Greece and are seeking an experienced Travel Planner, focused on incoming travel to Greece.

Responsibilities include:

- Master Travelive destinations, itineraries, and services with a primary focus on Greece
- Create client profiles and prepare client quotations.
- Ensure all inquiries are handled precisely and promptly, ensuring thorough understanding of client requirements.
- Convert inquiries to sales and meet sales targets
- Offer bespoke travel solutions tailored to individual client needs, crafting unique itineraries to fulfill specific requests.
- Maintain organized communication, quotations, and reports
- Stay current with the travel industry and destination trends, our company, industry training and tools

Qualified applicants should have:

- In-depth knowledge of travel destinations in Greece
- Experience planning and selling luxury travel in Greece
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Company CRM and Booking Platform




- Team-oriented mindset, extremely motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Candidates should embody a sociable, passionate, and sophisticated demeanor
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in the travel industry and especially in Greek travel market
- Impeccable attention to detail ensuring flawless execution of all travel arrangements.
