- Support the sale of international freight forwarding services (import/export)
- Assist in developing new business opportunities
- Support the management of existing clients
- Prepare commercial offers and sales activities
- Provide pre- and post-sales support
- Maintain CRM updates and reporting
- Experience in sales or freight forwarding preferred
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Organised with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driving licence
- Based in Catania or surrounding areas
