Here, you will have the opportunity to work behind the scenes of two award-winning resorts, contributing to a shared vision of Italian hospitality, wellness and excellence. /p h3Job Summary /h3 pThe Learning Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the learning, leadership development, onboarding, talent development, and succession planning strategies across the Lefay Resorts cluster. /p pThis role is critical to ensuring that learning, leadership, and talent development initiatives remain aligned with the company's values, culture and business objectives. Working closely with the Executive Committee and operational leaders, the LD Manager would be responsible for identifying service gaps, developing targeted learning strategies, and ensuring the effective leadership development across both resorts. /p pThe position plays a key role in the deployment and sustainability of Marriott programs, including Power of M and HOME,



ensuring their successful implementation and integration into daily operations. The role is also responsible for leveraging Marriott's learning ecosystem, including DLZ, NovoEd and corporate development programs. /p pIn addition, the LD Manager is responsible for coordinating the Lefay SPA Academy. /p pThe position would also lead, together with the DHR the deployment of Peak Performance and Coaching Mindset initiatives, while strengthening leadership capabilities and building a sustainable talent pipeline for the future. /p pOverall, the role would be accountable for: /p ul liPartnering with leaders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development solutions. /li liMeasuring learning effectiveness and business impact through employee engagement, retention, guest satisfaction, service quality, and financial performance metrics. /li liDeveloping and coordinating the Lefay SPA Academy. /li liDeveloping and executing the learning and development strategy aligned with business priorities and talent needs. /li liLeading leadership, management, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. /li liEmployer branding activities, such as participation in Recruiting Days and partnerships with schools.
