/liliSupport bid transfer to execution until Tender Transfer Meeting (TTM). /li /ulpbPURPOSE MAIN RESPONSABILITIES /b /ppbFor all: /b /pulliApply the company's time management processes /liliPromote the time management practices and culture in the bid team /liliCapture and analyze the return of experience (REX) from bid- project planning /liliAnalyze bid documentation to understand schedule management requirements, including schedule structure, reporting constraints, and contractual requirements. /liliSet a timeline for bid preparation and ensure its adherence until the bid submission. /liliCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate inputs and define project schedule interfaces. /liliContribute to formulating the project execution strategy and formalize the schedule key assumptions. /liliOrganize and lead the bid schedule development based on contract requirements, subsystem commitments, gap analysis, and the bid execution strategy. /liliFacilitate ALSTOM tooling available for bids /liliOrganize and lead regular scheduling meetings. /liliIdentify the project schedule's critical path and risks, proposing optimization and mitigation actions. /liliHighlight differences between the RFP expectation, the feasible project schedule and the to-be offered schedule.
