Employment: Full-time. /ppWe are looking for a Junior Business Analyst / Functional Analyst to join a dynamic international team working on projects and application services within the Banking Payments domain. The role is focused on supporting the evolution and day-to-day maintenance of payment-related applications, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams and software developers. The ideal candidate has already gained some experience in functional analysis and has a good understanding of banking payment processes, with the motivation to further develop their expertise in both domestic and international payment schemes. /ph3Key Activities /h3ulliGather and analyse business and functional requirements, working closely with business users and technical teams. /liliTranslate business needs into clear functional specifications and documentation. /liliContribute to the definition of functional test scenarios, test cases and expected results. /liliCollaborate with development teams throughout the implementation and validation phases. /liliSupport System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. /liliAnalyse and track application defects, supporting their resolution with both business and technical stakeholders. /liliContribute to application maintenance, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
