The role combines proposal engineering, solution development, cost estimation, and bid management to produce competitive, compliant, and profitable proposals that meet customer requirements and business objectives. Working as the focal point throughout the proposal lifecycle, the Senior Estimator / Proposal Engineer analyzes customer requirements, defines technical solutions, develops proposal strategies, prepares detailed cost estimates, and compiles complete proposal packages covering hardware, software, services, and third-party content. The role works closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Contracts,



and Project Management teams to ensure timely and accurate proposal submission.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineeringMore than 5 years’ experience in estimating, selling or projectsMicrosoft office tools and other business level applicationsFluent in written and spoken Italian & EnglishKnowledge of Honeywell portfolio is a plusKnowledge of competitor solutions and their offers is a plusExperience with products and solutions within the industrial automation marketAnnual gross salary from 47.600 and applicable NCBA is Contratto collettivo Nazionale Metalmeccanico Notevole Industria.
