PCorinthia Rome is looking for an bEvents Sales PR Executive /b to join our team and support the continued growth of Viride and our Food Beverage events business. /ppWe are looking for someone who knows Rome, understands the world of luxury hospitality and events, and above all has the commercial instinct to create opportunities, build relationships and turn them into business. /ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for proactively developing Viride as a destination for private events, celebrations, corporate occasions, luxury brand activations and bespoke experiences, always ensuring that every event remains fully aligned with the positioning and service standards of Corinthia Rome. /ppbWhat you will do /b /pulliProactively identify and develop new event business for Viride and other relevant FB spaces within Corinthia Rome. /liliBuild strong relationships with private clients, luxury brands, corporate companies, event agencies, planners, embassies and selected local partners. /liliManage event enquiries from first contact through proposal, negotiation and confirmation. /liliConduct site inspections and client meetings. /liliCreate tailored proposals and experiences according to each client's requirements. /liliMaximise event revenue through intelligent upselling of FB, spaces and additional hotel services. /liliDevelop and maintain an active pipeline of potential business. /liliIdentify opportunities for repeat and referral business. /liliBuild Viride’s network within Rome's luxury, lifestyle, fashion, corporate and cultural communities. /liliWork closely with our Marketing and PR teams on selected partnerships and collaborations. /liliCoordinate confirmed events with FB,
