Pattern Making, the internal Atelier, external suppliers and specialized artisans throughout the development process.Oversee prototype development, fittings and garment adjustments, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with creative expectations.Manage urgent requests, last-minute modifications and unexpected challenges, effectively prioritizing activities and identifying solutions while maintaining exceptional quality standards.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery.Ensure effective cross-functional communication and alignment among all stakeholders involved in Celebrities projects.Who You AreMinimum 6 years of experience in RTW Celebrities Product Development within the luxury fashion industry.Strong technical expertise in garment construction, luxury fabrics, fitting and artisanal techniques.Proven abilit
