pAdecco, on behalf of an international client operating in the Beauty sector, is seeking a bStore Manager /b for its store in central Venice. /p pbAs a Store Manager, and a valued member of one of the Venetian team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: /b /p ul liEnsure the achievement of the store's financial performance (budget and target attainment). /li liCoordinate commercial and organizational activities within your store (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns). /li liManage the store's profit and loss statement (inventory discrepancies, operating costs, personnel costs) and propose new strategies to optimize cost categories. /li liAnalyze and drive KPIs related to customer behavior (store traffic, average transaction value, units per transaction, etc.). /li liManage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies. /li liImplement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments. /li liAs the leader of your store, you will manage Sephora Specialists (Department Managers),



managerial figures specializing in welcoming customers and engaging them on the sales floor. /li liCollaborate with your Area Manager and the HR department in designing customized internal career development programs. /li liCreate a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives. /li /ul ul liMinimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments. /li liKnowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting. /li liAgility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills. /li liStrong results orientation. /li liDemonstrated ability to manage a complex and sizable team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit. /li /ul pA strategic vision: See ahead to future possibilities translate them into breakthrough strategies. /p pThe successful candidate will be offered a bpermanent contract /b with a bgross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €37,000 to €43,000 /b, plus a bperformance-based premio /b and bmeal vouchers worth €8 per day /b. /p pThe position is bfull-time /b, with a schedule of b40 hours per week /b, worked over b5 days out of 7 /b. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
