initiation of corrective actions when needed /li liFreight settlement with carriers/control over rates and issued invoices /li liCollection and storage of documents in evidence of commodity transport to shops and inter-warehouse transports /li liControl over and generation of quarterly schedules of loadings and deliveries in close cooperation with the Warehouse section and Retail /li liMarket monitoring and searching for transportation and shipping service offers in all countries served by DCV /li liKnowledge of regulations in force and the documentation related to the domestic and international transport and shipping /li liGenerates and updates databases, reports and analyses regarding pallet trade and organized transports in line with the superior’s instructions /li liPreparation of meetings and presentations with the sales division and with carriers /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3WHAT YOU MUST TO BRING: /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economy, Statistics, Business Administration or another related area /li li3-4 years of previous experience in freight forwarding or transport administration /li liVery good organization and prioritisation skills /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high quality of results /li liStrong attention to details /li liAnalytical and problem solving skills /li liGood communication and cooperation skills and customer-first attitude /li liGood command of English – both written and verbal /li liVery good command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook) /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 h3ABOUT US /h3 pWe believe our employees are key to our success.
