Offer DescriptionThis two-year research project combines research and intervention on educational transitions – from lower to upper secondary school, from school to university, and within university – to reduce inconsistent choices,



changes of path and dropout. Part A (guidance and territory, regional project for the Metropolitan City of Bologna) includes training of guidance counsellors, mapping of practices, revision of the AlmaFuturo pathway and entry guidance, evaluated through mixed methods with a quasi-experimental component (control group, 12-month follow-up). Part B (university) provides ongoing guidance in bachelor's programmes with a longitudinal sequential-cohort design (years 1–3) and career data. xbvzest Expected outcomes: evaluation of the effectiveness of the interventions, validated tools, a map of practices, guidelines and at least three international articles.
