A is focused on the development and manufacturing of anticancer drugs with high potency and cytotoxitc characteristics for the Pharmaceuticals Industry. /p pBSP has been at the forefront in the fight agains cancer since 2006. /p pInnovation is the hallmark of BSP with investments in new technologies and production methods in a high containment plant. /p pWe are one of the most important Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMOs) for anticancer drugs. /p pbCome for Science. /b /p pbStay for Purpose. /b /p h3Main Activities : /h3 ul libMaterials strategy and governance /b: defining and implementing materials management and demand coverage strategies, in line with the production plan, service objectives and the company’s inventory management policies; /li libAvailability and production continuity: /b ensuring that supply risks are managed, promoting a proactive approach to preventing shortages and ensuring alignment between materials availability and production requirements. /li libCoverage: /b managing coverage policies and stock levels, promoting a balance between production continuity, fixed capital, the risk of obsolescence and the minimisation of surpluses /li libPerformance KPIs: /b defining and monitoring KPIs, analysing trends and variances, and driving improvement initiatives aimed at increasing process efficiency, supplier reliability (in collaboration with Procurement) and stock optimisation. /li libRisk mitigation and escalation: /bensure a structured system for identifying, assessing and managing material-related risks,



guaranteeing the timely communication of critical issues and the coordination of actions with the relevant business functions. /li libLeadership and organisational development: /b coordinate and develop the Materials Management team, defining objectives, responsibilities, priorities and performance indicators, promoting autonomy, skills and a results-oriented approach. /li libCross-functional collaboration: /bensure the integration of processes with Planning, Demand, Procurement, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Inventory and Master Data, facilitating alignment between the production plan, requirements, material availability and business priorities. /li libProcesses and systems: /b promoting the development of Materials Management processes, ensuring that systems, data quality and reporting tools are adequate to support decision-making. /li /ul h3Main Requirements : /h3 ul liMA degree (Management Engineering/Economics..) /li liAt last 8/10 years in roles of increasing responsibility within structured manufacturing organisations /li liKnowledge of GMP /li liKnowledge of MRP /li liEnglish working knowledge /li liGreat can-do attitude /li /ul pActual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
