Working at the intersection of law, healthcare, technology, and digital transformation, you will provide legal advice to business and functional stakeholders on complex data protection and privacy matters, helping the organization navigate evolving regulatory requirements while enabling innovation and operational excellence.



This position offers the opportunity to provide expert legal advice across a broad range of strategic initiatives including digital health, data governance, and artificial intelligence within a global healthcare environment. This is an EMEA-based role. Travel is expected to be up to 5%. This role reports to the Chief Global Privacy Counsel and is part of the Global Data & Privacy Legal function within the Office of Privacy, Integrity and Compliance and will serve as a key privacy legal resource across a variety of assigned areas. You will collaborate closely with a number of functions and teams, including Legal, Information Technology (IT), Security, Human Resources (HR), Clinical, Research and Development (R&D;), and Technology and Innovation, as well as other privacy teams.
