Job Description In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Define and execute commercial development plans aligned with business unit and country strategies. * Actively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities, particularly within OEMs and industrial users in Southern Italy. * Promote Emerson’s full portfolio of solutions, including lifecycle services, integrated systems, and gas technologies. * Drive lifecycle services growth across the national territory,



collaborating closely with operations and execution teams. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers through regular engagement, networking, and site visits. * Manage the full opportunity lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing. * Collaborate cross-functionally with proposal, engineering, operations, and other business units to deliver high-quality solutions. * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and enhance offerings. * Maintain accurate and consistent reporting through CRM systems and sales tools, dedicating time daily to pipeline management and forecasting. * Contribute to forecasting and provide regular updates to leadership to support business planning and performance tracking. * Operate in line with Emerson’s ethics, compliance
