To support the continued growth of Eaton’s Electrical division, we are looking for a Senior Specification Engineer to cover the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions.
As a Senior Specification Engineer, you will play a key role in strengthening Eaton’s presence in the market, with a focus on Commercial and Institutional Building projects.
You will develop strong relationships with engineering consultancies, design authorities, and end users, identifying projects at an early stage and influencing specifications to position Eaton’s solutions. You will identify and track new project opportunities in Salesforce and collaborate closely with Project Sales Engineers, agents, back-office teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
With a strategic and growth-oriented mindset, you will prioritise high-impact opportunities, use data to guide decision-making,
and leverage Eaton’s capabilities to accelerate project conversion. You will also support the broader adoption of Eaton’s Solution Spaces, ensuring alignment with customer needs and long-term business objectives.
English is considered an advantage but is not required.
Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package based on applicable skills, knowledge and experience, and aligned with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range (included base salary and Sales Incentive Plan) for this role is EUR 55.200 – EUR 80.960 gross per year.
