As we scale across Europe, from Italy to Luxembourg, we’re looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our Legal Engineering Team, support our customer support initiatives and gain hands-on experience across the full customer life cycle.
This 6-month paid internship is designed for fast learners who want to make an impact from day one.

You’ll report directly to the VP of the Legal Engineering Team and gain exposure to every area of customer support, from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Intern, you’ll:
• Support user onboarding, ensuring users have a smooth and engaging experience with the platform
• Assist the Legal Engineering Team in responding to user requests and identifying pain points to improve satisfaction
• Contribute to scaling customer support processes, helping us streamline and automate recurring tasks
• Contribute to customer advocacy, representing their voice internally, surfacing unmet needs, and collaborating with product and tech teams to explore potential improvements
