We are seeking an experienced, passionate and creative Head Chef to lead our restaurant kitchen within a 4-star hotel on the beautiful island of Skyros, Greece.

We are looking for a culinary professional who combines strong leadership with a genuine passion for Mediterranean cuisine, seasonal ingredients and contemporary gastronomy. YOUR ROLE - Lead, inspire and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations. - Develop creative menus that combine Mediterranean cuisine with the authentic flavours of Skyros. - Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and consistency. - Manage food costs, stock control, purchasing and supplier relationships. - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations. - Collaborate with the hotel management team to deliver an outstanding guest dining experience. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen management position. - Strong leadership,



communication and organizational skills. - A creative approach to menu development and a passion for quality ingredients. - Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, cost control and food safety. - The ability to lead a team in a demanding, seasonal hospitality environment. - Professionalism, commitment and attention to detail. - Previous experience in hotels or upscale restaurants will be considered an advantage.
