Questa Posizione Risponde aProduction Engineering ManagerYour Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customs and export control classification for ABB products, purchased third‑party products, software, and raw materials. Each day, you will ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by conducting thorough research and analysis of ABB products to determine the appropriate product classification codes and standards.Providing Export Control (ECCN/ECN) and Customs (HTS/HS tariff code, Preferential/Non Preferential Origin) classification of products, software, and/or technologies as part of new product introduction cycleManaging and updating master data for products, technologies, and software, including product description, and/or supporting customs declarants with product information required for master data management and entriesSupporting relevant teams (Procurement, Order Handling, R&D, Customs, Sales etc…) regarding product classification‑related inquiries or issuesReviewing and applying relevant changes in the regulatory framework related to product classificationWhen working in a local Business, the PCE has a functional reporting line to the Local Trade Compliance Officer,
