Legga tutte le informazioni su questa posizione qui sotto, poi prema il pulsante per candidarsi.Italy | Full-timeWe are currently supporting a highly respected yacht management company in their search for a Project Engineer to join their team, working across complex superyacht new build projects.This is a hands-on, shipyard-based role with involvement across the full lifecycle from engineering and construction through to commissioning and sea trials.The RoleYou'll work closely with the Project Manager, acting as a key link between engineering detail, shipyard execution, and project delivery.Support day-to-day technical oversight of new build projectsMonitor on-site construction progress and build qualityReview engineering drawings, specifications, and system integrationsCoordinate with shipyards, subcontractors, and suppliersTrack technical actions, open items, and contractor deliverablesConduct inspections, QA checks,



and support snagging processesAssist with commissioning, testing, and sea trialsReport on progress, risks, and technical challengesWhat We're Looking ForY2 (or equivalent) engineering qualificationPrevious experience as a yacht engineer (2nd Engineer or above) on 50m+ vesselsStrong understanding of yacht systems (mechanical & onboard)Experience working in shipyard environments xpavfwm (new build or refit)Highly organised with strong attention to detailEU residency and willingness to travel within EuropeWhat's on Offer€6,000/month (depending on experience)Long-term project pipeline offering stabilityAccommodation provided near the shipyardTravel expenses coveredClear pathway into Project Management rolesCollaborative team with strong leadership and mentorship
