Program OverviewASPIRE is a two‑year Emerging Talent development program that accelerates the careers of recent graduates and entry‑level professionals. The Aspire Engineering & Technology track is for highly motivated engineering talent who are passionate about technology, innovation, technical excellence, and leadership development.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in structured career development activities and receive active coaching and mentoring.Complete formal training in engineering and technology courses essential to Baker Hughes engineers and relevant to the ASPIRE program.Network globally and cross‑functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with global business leaders.Solve critical business challenges through cross‑functional, mission‑based teams.Participate in international experiences and assignments.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronics, Control, Chemical, Energy or equivalent in related engineering disciplines, with up to 2 years of work experience.Demonstrated academic excellence.Passion for engineering with a strong technical attitude and analytical problem‑solving approach.Geographically mobile (locations may vary).Fluent in English (oral and written).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Legally entitled to work within the country where applying,
