Overview In this role you drive Nike's Running and Training brand presence in Italy by connecting consumer insights with sport trends and community initiatives. You will collaborate across functions and with external partners to translate opportunities into impactful brand experiences. You’ll build authentic connections with Italian running and training communities, athletes and coaches, shaping campaigns and activations.

This position offers meaningful impact through storytelling, partnerships and premium execution at scale.

Responsabilità

- Monitor consumer trends and community developments to identify opportunities for the business
- Build and maintain relationships with local running crews, communities, athletes, coaches and stakeholders
- Support development and execution of seasonal marketing initiatives and key brand moments
- Develop presentations and insight recaps for local and EMEA audiences
- Manage project workstreams and coordinate internal and external partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated brand experiences
- Plan and execute consumer activations, races, events, programs and campaigns
- Partner with agencies,



vendors and community partners to ensure high-quality creative and execution
- Translate consumer, sport and community insights into compelling storytelling and brand experiences
- Capture learnings to inform future Running & Training opportunities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Strong connections within the Italian Running and Training scene
- Deep understanding of the Italian consumer landscape for Running and Training
- Genuine passion for Running and Training
- Ability to identify consumer and sport insights and translate them into brand opportunities
- Storytelling and presentation skills with deck creation experience
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
