Software Engineer | Early-Stage Startup

About the Opportunity An early-stage startup operating at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and LegalTech is looking for a motivated Software Engineer to contribute to the development of an innovative AI-powered platform.

The project has already reached its initial milestones, including an early product demo, market validation, and interest from potential enterprise customers.

We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ambition to build impactful technology from the ground up.

What You'll Work On

- Design and develop the core components of an AI-powered software platform.
- Build backend services, APIs, and scalable software architectures.
- Explore and implement Machine Learning approaches, including classification, clustering, and embeddings.
- Develop and integrate LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows.
- Contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of the product.
- Collaborate closely with a small team to turn complex challenges into practical solutions.

What We're Looking For

- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and programming.




- Experience or interest in backend and/or full-stack development.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI concepts, or strong motivation to deepen these skills.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and modern software architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute proactively to technical decisions.

Nice to Have

- Experience with LLMs, RAG, or Agentic AI.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques such as clustering, classification, or similarity search.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, and modern development tools.
- Previous experience building software products or working on early-stage projects.
