Reporting directly to the R&D Electrical Laboratories Manager, you will:Oversee and coordinate the tests EHV cable systems to assess their capability to withstand electrothermal stressesOversee the correct planning, preparation and execution of the electrical qualification tests carried in the R&D Quattordio LaboratoryPerform homologation and R&D tests on EHV cable systems in the HQSupervise and coordinate accessory installationCoordinate laboratory operators involved in installation and testingYou will also:Define the scheduling of the tests and lead related projectsKeep continuous interface and relationship with clients, inspectors, and suppliersYou are the right fit if you have/are:A master’s degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering, Energy or Mechatronic; Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken)Willingness to travel also abroadStrong communication & interpersonal skillsDecision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindsetWhat we offer you:Type of contract: Permanent ContractHybrid working model: 4 days per month and Flexible working hoursApplicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini.Job Level/Category: White collarGross annual salary no less than:
