Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Brugherio. This role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for commercial LED lighting solutions, managing client relationships, and providing product recommendations aligned with customer requirements.

The Sales

Specialist will prepare and deliver sales presentations, respond to inquiries, create quotations, and follow up on leads to close sales. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with design and technical teams,



maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and supporting clients throughout the sales and post-sales process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients and colleagues on product features and solutions.
- Candidates should have knowledge or experience in LED lighting, commercial interiors, or related technical fields.

- Candidates should be proficient with CRM tools and basic office software.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in B2B sales and a background in commercial or industrial products.
